Das Gut Valleselle liegt auf den Hügeln von Bardolino in 230 m Höhe und ist das Schmuckstück der Familie Tinazzi. Zehn Hektar Anbaufläche Reben, sowie zwei Hektar Olivenhain, in dessen Mitte der Weinkeller liegt, in dem die Weine reifen, blicken auf den Gardasee. Hier verhindert ein besonders günstiges Klima, auch dank einer ständigen leichten Brise, Fäulniserscheinungen und ermöglicht es, auch bei später Weinlese völlig gesunde Trauben zu ernten. Hier werden das Traubengemisch für den Bardolino DOC Classico (Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara) und Cabernet Sauvignon produziert. Die zum Ausbau der Weine bestimmte Kellerei des Gutes Valleselle ist ausgestattet mit Barriques französischer Herkunft, insbesondere Allier und Tronçais, sowie mit 10, 20 und 40 Hektoliter fassenden Eichenfässern aus Slawonien und Ungarn. Die durchschnittliche Produktion beträgt ungefähr 60'000 Flaschen, die alle nummeriert sind.
