Rich, luminous pink. Pink grapefruit, ripe peach and red berries on the nose. Seductively fruity. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Citrus aromas stage an encore, with a distinctly tangy edge. Exceptionally balanced acidity. Good finish with lovely, lingering aromas.
The selected grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. This relatively cool fermentation temperature helps give the wine its fresh primary aromas. The young wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks, then for four months in the bottle, at which point it is released for sale.
