Bright grenadine colour with purple hues, a pleasant nose combining notes of strawberry and banana aromas, a lovely presence on thepalate, smooth on the attack, dominant fruitiness, harmonious and typical, beautiful aromatic diversity with lots of character.
Harvest: manual. Vinification: the grapes are completely destemmed before being put in a maceration tank for 24 to 48 hours. The grapes are then assembled in pairs, providing, in addition to their own typical characteristics, greater aromatic complexity. After bleeding the vats, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (18 - 20°C). All grapes are then assembled for a few monthsof maturing before being bottled at the Castle.
