Onion skin colour, fresh and fruity, notes of wild berries with caramel nuances, round and soft on the palate, delicate fruity aromas with beautiful harmony. A summer wine that is a pleasure to drink on any occasion.
Its name comes from its salmon or bronze colour that reminds one of a partridge eye. This rosé is produced in the cantons of Neuchâtel and Valais, from clear pressed Pinot Noir grapes after a brief storage of the must. In Italy the Vin Santo rosé name is employedin the same way as Oeil de Perdrix is here.
