Bright golden yellow colour, an opulent bouquet of honey with delicate aromas of Flétry and spicy ginger notes, juniper and hints of beeswax, ample on the palate, very aromatic, well balanced with an intense fruity concentration, a pleasant sweetness accompanied by solid acidity. A lovely, sweet aromatic Valais specialty.
