Pale, sparkling straw yellow. A seductive nose which is wonderfully fresh and alluring. Exotic notes and ripe citrus fruit emerge. Predominantly spicy and floral, with an intense aroma of bergamot. Pleasantly brash on the palate. Gives way to an almost exotic fruit, a hint of bergamot along with subtle vegetable notes. A fresh, juicy wine with very well-integrated acidity. Persistent finish.
