J.+ M. Dizerens S.A.: The winemakers Michel and Jean-Francois Dizerens represent hundreds of years of tradition and know-how. The Crausaz domain was already producing wine in the sixteenth century. Mr J.- F. + Dizerens produces several wines with different tastesand characters. They make authentic wine in Lutry and Montagny. Their creativity is expressed in the production of various specialties, wine combinations and single varietal wines. The Lavaux region is known for its natural qualities and the incredible diversity of its soil: gravel, sand, clay, marl, mole, limestone and pudding stone alternate which lends a unique character to each appellation. The growers can count on the generosity of the three Lavaux suns: the steep hillsides offer excellent solar radiation for the vineyards, the lake functions as a mirror and the stone walls surrounding the vineyards store heat.
