A pale illuminated yellow colour, a delicately fruity bouquet with mineral hints, beautiful fullness, pleasantly lively and cheerful, with character and soft on the palate, rich aromas and pleasant minerality; a typical Yvorne with good length.
The largest winegrowing commune in Vaud with its 160 hectares of vineyards. The Winegrowers' Association of Yvorne sells wines from54 hectares of vineyards. 85% are whites, primarily Chasselas, 15% Pinot Noir, Gamay and the rest are other whites and reds. From 18 different sources, among them the Château Maison Blanche, Clos de la Georges and Clos du Rocher.
