This Chablis is grown on a total surface area of 4000 hectares. Its classification results in four quality levels. 7 zones: Grand Cru, Blanchots, Bougros, Clos, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur and Vausdésir. The best Premier Cru zones: Coast Léchet, Fourchaume, Montde Milieu, Montée de Tonnere, Montmains and The Vaillons - Chablis and Petit Chablis.
