Located on the Alto Monferrato hills, at an altitude ranging between 200 and 400 meters south of the province of Asti, the vines are oriented southeast. Growing in clay and limestone soil: cultivated according to Guyot in the Piedmontese tradition, the vines average 20 years of age. The vines are planted at 4000 to 4500 per hectare. Yield: 7700 liters per hectare. Fermented in temperature controlled pressurized tanks with the addition of R2 yeast. The fermentation is stopped by cooling and the filtration process, in order to ensure the highest possible content of natural residual sugar.
