An attractive nose with floral aromas, mingled with aromas of ripe stone fruit, ample and supple on the palate, with delicate notesof quince, creamy, with a hint of acidity and decent residual sweetness, very pleasant, superbly aromatic at the finish. Enjoy chilled!
The Azienda Agrobiologica Donatello Jasci is the Jasci family winery. Spread over 30 hectares, it is located on the edge of the Adriatic Sea, at approximately 200 meters, an optimal situation for its Montepulciano and distinguished white wines. The Pecorino grapegets its name from its colour, white as sheep's wool (pecore in Italian). Grown in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria, it produces fruity wine with a touch of acidity. In this old Abruzzo domain, the grapes are selected and picked by hand. During fermentation, thetemperature is controlled to fully highlight the aromatic fruitiness of the grapes. The result is a wine with aromas reminiscent ofthe rolling hills of Abruzzo.
