Auf vulkanischen Böden gewachsen und weitgehend im Stahltank ausgebaut, gefällt dieser Soave mit intensivem aromatischen Bouquet und Noten von Äpfeln und Birnen sowie einer guten Struktur und einer saftigen, sehr erfrischenden Säure im Gaumen. Die Trauben für diesen Cru wachsen in der Classico-Zone der Gemeinde Soave auf ca. 300 m ü. M. auf vulkanischen Böden. Vergärung in Edelstahltanks und ca. 20% in kleinen Holzfässern. Ausbau und Verfeinerung im Stahltank und anschliessend in der Flasche.
