The world of wine revolves around travel and getting to know people... Whether you're a connoisseur or a newcomer to wine, there are always plenty of surprises, discoveries and emotions involved.

If you were to ask me what is earth's most precious commodity, I’d say: vines.

After training in hotel management at the Hotel School in Thonon-les-Bains, Jan Dufféal spent ten years working exclusively in the food service industry.
Having obtained his diploma from the Université du Vin in Suze-La-Rousse in 2000, he pursued a career as a Sommelier at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Switzerland.
An enthusiastic wine connoisseur, he sets great store by relationships, dialogue and sharing experiences, with complete transparency and frankness.
As a foodie who enjoys cooking, he leads numerous workshops on such enjoyable topics as “Tasting” and “Which wine with which dish?”
Jan Dufféal is currently responsible for Coop Suisse Romande wine fairs.
