Siblings Béatrice and Raphael Dubois have been in charge of the Domaine Dubois since 2006.
Béatrice works mainly in the cellar, while Raphael takes care of the vineyards and marketing. The 21 hectares of vineyards are in the process of being converted to organic methods. The wines are matured in pièces for twelve to fifteen months, then bottled without filtering or fining. The siblings' goal is to become one of the best domaines in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and it's not far off, because – typically for wines from top winemakers – each wine has a unique character that clearly reflects its origin.
